I love to bake, as you may gather from my many baking recipes here so I am usually the one to make desserts in our house. However, Daddy bear has created one of our favourites and definitely the easiest dessert by far. I’ve shared photos in the past of the boys making the upside-down Cheesecake dessert but never the recipe. I decided as we are all in isolation at the moment, many of us with children I would share this really simple, quick and yummy recipe with you all to try with your little ones.

Ingredients:

  • 60g Angel Delight (Any Flavour Of Your Choice).
  • 300ml Milk.
  • 6 Digestive Biscuits.

Method:

Add the milk and Angel Delight into a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Then place the mixture into your chosen serving dish, we put ours in small ramekins.

Place in the fridge and leave for around 5 minutes to let the angel delight mixture to thicken

Place the biscuits in a blender and blitz until they are large crumbs.

Remove the angel delight from the fridge and sprinkle the crumbled biscuits onto of the Angel delight mixture.

Place back into the fridge until your ready to enjoy your yummy dessert.
